American Ephedra Tincture is also known as Mormon Tea. This ephedra species is similar in its action to its well known cousin, Ephedra sinica, without the speediness and heart palpitations that have caused it to be banned. It still is a bronchial dilator & decongestant, helps open the air passages up for better breathing and still will increase energy, just much less stimulating to the heart & blood pressure.
