Shipping Info:

Your shipping charge will be calculated automatically when placing your order online.  Free shipping for orders over $99.00 is in the continental US only.  We normally process orders on the same or next day when placed Tuesday through Friday by noon Pacific Standard Time.  We are closed Sat-Mon and will ship orders placed at that time on the following Tuesday.

Returns Policy:

Terra Firma is committed to customer satisfaction.  We will accept returns on unopened products with the heat seal intact within 30 days of your order.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.  Because we are a small business we need to charge a 20% restocking fee. Orders with custom formulations and bulk sizes (16 oz and over) cannot be returned. Of course we always accept returns caused by our error without any fee.  Shipping charges are your responsibility (unless due to our error).

Damages:

Please notify us of damaged goods or order discrepancies immediately after receiving your order.  We ask that you save the original packaging if a claim is filed with the shipping carrier.

Pricing:

Terra Firma’s intention is to maintain affordable and consistent prices.  At times we may have price increases and will inform you of the current price when placing your order by phone.  Online prices are always current.  Prices do not include shipping charges, duties or taxes specific to your location.
